Failure to validate an objection creates a presumption of correctness in favour of the Commissioner.

The Respondent’s assessments which often assume a presumption of correctness unless proved otherwise by the Appellant stood proved. The Respondent did not therefore fall into error when it confirmed the Appellant’s assessments.”
