"From the forwarding letter by the Appellant, the Tribunal has established that the last batch of documents was delivered to the Respondent on 30th August 2021 at 4. 35 PM. The Respondent made the objection decision on 24th September 2021 which is twenty-three days after receipt of the last documents from the Appellant. KRA's time starts running when they receive the last document."
